1. Warranty coverageManuwood Unipessoal ensures that the national pine -pine plates provided will be exempt from manufacturing defects and will present proper performance under normal use and maintenance conditions for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Portuguese law.
2. What is coveredDuring the warranty period, the unipersonal Manuwood is committed to covering:
- Durability and dimensional stability: The warranty copper deformations excessive, warping or other unexpected dimensional changes resulting from failures in the term modified treatment of wood.
- Resistance to rotting and infestation: The warranty covers moisture and rotting resistance, as well as protection against insect infestation, provided that the wood has been correctly installed and maintained.
- Manufacture: The warranty covers visible manufacturing defects such as cracks or structural failures that compromise the integrity of the boards.
3. What is not coveredThis warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by inadequate installation, improper use or inadequate maintenance.
- Damage resulting from extreme weather conditions, such as extended exhibitions to water or intense sunlight.
- Aesthetic or natural damage that does not affect the functionality of wood.
- Normal wear and aesthetic changes over time.
4. Maintenance conditionsFor the warranty to remain valid, the customer must follow the following maintenance guidelines:
- Apply a protective finish as recommended by the manufacturer.
- Avoid the use of aggressive or abrasive chemicals on the board surface.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance as described in the user manual.
5. Procedure for complaintIf there is a problem covered by the warranty, the customer must follow the following steps:
- Notification: Inform the unipersonal Manuwood in writing about the problem within 30 days after its discovery.
- Documentation: Provide the original invoice and photos of the problems detected.
- Inspection: Allow a representative of Unipessoal Manuwood or an authorized technician to inspect the boards if necessary.
- Resolution: Depending on the assessment, unipessoal Manuwood may choose to repair or replace defective tablets, or offer a reimbursement proportional to the value of the affected tablets.
6. Consumer Rights
This guarantee does not affect the legal rights of the consumer provided for in Decree-Law 67/2003 of 8 April, which establishes the regime of guarantee of consumer goods, or any other applicable legal rights. The customer has the right to request the repair, replacement or reimbursement of defective products as provided for in the law.
7. Limitation of liability
The responsibility of Manuwood Unipessoal under this guarantee is limited to the value of the term-modified national pine tablets provided and does not include additional costs related to transportation, installation or other indirect costs.

4 - Order and Delivery Process
4.1. Order Fulfillment
The customer may order through the Manwood Unipessoal LDA website, following the purchase process indicated. At the end of the order, the customer agrees to purchase the products or services selected for the price and the conditions indicated.
4.2. Order Confirmation
After the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the details of the same. This confirmation does not guarantee the acceptance of the order, being subject to the availability of stock, confirmation of payment and other conditions described under these general conditions of sale.
4.3. Right to Not Accept the Order
Manuwood Unipessoal LDA reserves the right not to accept the order made by the customer, exempt from responsibility for any eventual damages, namely, in the following situations:
Product without stock;
Incomplete or non -verifiable billing information;
Failure to confirm payment;
Suspected fraud;
Impossibility of delivery to the address provided;
Identification of an error in price or product description;
Failure by the CGV or customer customer (for example, if there are reasons to believe that the customer is underage).
4.4. Delivery Process
After accepting the order, the products will be sent to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process. The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product page and may vary depending on availability, characteristics of the item and destination of the order.
Orders that, due to their weight, volume, length, quantity or transport characteristics, need to be shipped on a pallet are considered palletized shipments. These include, in particular, orders for decks, coverings, structures and accessories in wood, composite or aluminum, beams, beams, profiles and other materials of large dimensions or volume.
Palletized shipments are delivered at sidewalk level, in front of the address indicated by the customer, considering delivery made at that point. The movement of the merchandise into the property, as well as its subsequent transport and storage, are the responsibility of the customer.
Palletized shipments are made, as a rule, through heavy truck, with vehicles with a gross weight of up to approximately 13 tons being able to be used. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address indicated has adequate and safe access for movement, approach and maneuvering of this type of vehicle.
If access conditions do not allow the vehicle to approach the unloading location in adequate and safe conditions, delivery may not be made. In this case, the customer must indicate an alternative address or location with suitable conditions for unloading or, when possible, collect the goods from the carrier's premises.
In the case of products which, due to their weight, length or dimensions, require handling by more than one person, namely beams, beams, profiles or other large materials, the customer must ensure the human or mechanical means necessary to receive and unload the merchandise, including driver support when necessary.
When delivery cannot be carried out for reasons attributable to the customer, namely lack of accessibility, absence on site, lack of adequate conditions for unloading or lack of the necessary means to receive the goods, the resulting additional costs may be charged to the customer, including new delivery attempt, change of address, storage or return of merchandise, according to the amounts charged by the carrier.

6. Cancellation and Right to Free Resolution of the Order
a) The customer may cancel the order made on the sitewww.manuwood.comAt any time before your dispatch, being entitled to full reimbursement of the amount paid.
b) Upon receipt of the order, in accordance with article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, the client has the right to freely resolve the contract, and may return the products without the need to present a justification.
c) For the return to be accepted, the products must comply with the following conditions:
- Must be returned in its original packaging (when applicable);
- They may not have been used or show signs of use;
- They must be complete, including all components, accessories, instruction manuals and protection elements, as delivered;
d) The customer must communicate their intention to resolve the contract by email:[email protected]
e) The right of free resolution may be exercised within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer should return the products to Manuwood within 14 days of communication of the resolution, either by postal shipping or directly on the company's facilities.
f) Once the return is accepted, Manuwood unipessoal Lda will refund the amounts paid for the returned products. Shipping costs for the initial order are non-refundable. The refund will be made after checking the condition of the goods, within a maximum period of 14 days after notification of the resolution. If the goods are not received or the customer does not provide proof of return, Manuwood unipessoal Lda reserves the right to withhold the refund.
g) All return costs are the responsibility of the customer
h) If the customer does not organize the return, Manuwood Unipessoal LDA may intermediate the process with the carrier to collect the products in the delivery address, keeping the customer informed about the procedures.
(i) Unipessoal Manuwood Lda reserves the right to refuse returns of products that present signs of use, damage or have been altered in compliance with its original state.
j) The right of resolution does not apply to personalized and/or manufactured products by measure, or which, due to its nature, compromise safety and hygiene conditions.
